Mhlabeni Incorporated Attorneys is the brain child of Mr. Bangiso Mhlabeni, who after numerous years, first as a Candidate Attorney then as a Professional Assistant in the service of various firms, decided to take up the challenge of, and the opportunity presented by, the changing political & socio- economic circumstances of our country and to position himself at the centre of the new developments, thus Bangiso Mhlabeni Incorporated Attorneys was born. The firm came to its inception on the 10th of July 2003 and since then it has grown from strength to strength.

Joining Mr. Mhlabeni from 1st of March 2006 was Ms. Itumeleng Kapari, an Attorney, and on the 1st May 2006 was Mr. Collen Kgaolo Stephen Matshitse, a Conveyancer and Notary Public and Ms Neliswa Winifred Ndengane a Candidate Attorney.

The firm presently consists of a completely established office infrastructure with the latest technology to cater for its client’s needs.
